MICA Holiday Buffet 2025
Hosting a holiday event is a time-honoured tradition at the Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts. The historic building is decked out for the holidays. Students and faculty present a gorgeous multi-course buffet for guests.
Join us for the second event of the year, one that says goodbye to flavourful fall and ushers in crisp winter. A hot and cold buffet dinner is complemented by a dessert room with mouth-watering, decadent confections. The food showcased at this event is grown and cultivated at Assiniboine’s North Hill campus as part of the college’s field-to-fork approach.
